What is my estimated delivery time?

Estimated Arrival Time to You = Order Processing time + Shipping Time
Order Processing time: After your payment has been authorized, we will prepare your order. Most orders take 1-5 days to prepare before shipping. (Because our items have more hand-made processes and high-quality standard requirements.)
Attention: Pre-order collection will require 10-15 days to process.

Shipping Notice

  1. For most countries, our customers are not required to pay import fees, tariffs or value-added tax (VAT). However, for certain limited countries/regions, you may need to pay tariffs or VAT according to the taxation rules in your country/region.
  2. Order fulfillment information and shipping information will be sent via email. Please leave a correct email address or you can inquire about your order status at any time through support@kafiloe.com.
  3. The seller is not responsible for these following situations:
    *Packages that may be lost or stolen after delivery.
    *Packages that returned due to address errors
  4. For shipped orders, we cannot cancel and need to wait for the package to arrive before returning or exchanging.
  5. If the delivery time of the order exceeds the deadline indicated in the shipping policy, please feel free to contact seller to help to get in touch with shipping company. 
  6. If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must contact Customer Service within 90 days after your order was placed.
