(1)Defective Products:

What is a defective product?
Such as the wrong version,damage, defects, wrong color and size, etc.
All defective products can be replaced for good ones or get refund. If you have received defective items, please contact us within 30 days after you receive the goods. After we confirm the problem, we will send you new replacements or refund you.

(2)Non-defective Products:
Products that are not defective can be returned for refund or replacement, even if return the goods simply because of your personal reason instead of seasons-related reasons, but must apply within 10 days from the arrival date of shipment, if over 10 days, unfortunately we will not provide returns. Please kindly note that customer should be responsible for return shipping costs and taxes incurred,So please kindly contact us before you send items back.
